Notice is hereby given that the Commissioner’s Court of Hansford County, Texas, will meet on the 8 ^th day of February, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Law Library in the Courthouse in the City of Spearman, Texas. The subjects for discussion and/or action are listed on the agenda, which is attached to and made a part of this notice.

   The following will be presented for action:    

1. Approval of minutes. Approval of minutes from January 25 , 2010 Hansford County Commissioners Court Meeting.  

2. Approval of Treasurer’s report. Approval of expenditures and receipts from previous court date. 

3. Payment of claims. Review and approve payments of previous month’s bills, including any part-time, overtime, or holiday salary payables. 

4. Auditor’s Monthly financial statement. Monthly summary of the County budget position. 

5. Department reports. Review and Approve reports from County Offices. 

6. Approve Bonds for Gary Garrett, Sheriff’s Deputy and Mike Davis, Scott Davis and Tim Glass, Reserve Deputies. 

The following items will be presented for discussion: 

1. Citizen’s comments: With prior approval of County Judge.
