Notice is hereby given that the Commissioner’s Court of Hansford County, Texas, will meet on
the 22
nd day of February, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Law Library in the Courthouse in the City
of Spearman, Texas. The subjects for discussion and/or action are listed on the agenda, which is
attached to and made a part of this notice.

FOR FEBRUARY 22, 2010
The following will be presented for action:
1
Approval of minutes. Approval of minutes from the
February 8,, 2010 Hansford County Commissioners’ Court meeting.
2.
Approval of Treasurer’s report: Approval of expenditures and receipts from
previous court date.
3.
Payment of claims. Review and approve payment of previous months bills, including
any part-time, overtime, or holiday salary payables.
4.
Approve forfeiture agreement between Hansford County Sheriff’s Office and 84
th District D.A.’s Office.
5.
Consider/Approve participation in Ambulance Electronic Run Reporting with City of Spearman,
City of Gruver & Hospital District.
6.
Approve Racial Profiling report from Sheriff’s Office.

Citizen’s comment: With prior approval of County Judge.
